Being an athlete my whole life, I have always been active and involved in sports. I have always loved it. But, I guess my life started to revolve around fitness when I started the 60 day insanity program. I took on the challenge and loved how it made me feel. From there, I adventured into many other Beachbody programs. (Insanity Asylum Volume 1 & 2,P90X, Body Beast and The Ultimate Reset) It all began back in 2012 and since then, my passion for health and fitness has developed immensely. From here, my behaviors started changing and I noticed the mindset shift I went through. This led to a realization of how influential fitness can be on your mindset. I hope by sharing about fitness and well being, it can help you on your journey as it has helped me!
