Ideas I want to share about my life outside of health and fitness. However, I love making connections among ideas I come across so there will probably be similar themes which relate back to healthy/fitness which will be obvious within my posts. Life is all about balance though. Although I spend a large amount of time invested in the health and fitness lifestyle, I do have other interests. Some of my hobbies include reading, listening to podcasts, listening to music, anything which allows creative expression, eventually I would like to try gardening, I love giving back to others in my community, and much more.
