Episode 9: Intro to Yoga Nidra

Many of us understand what it feels like to constantly be charging forward, checking things off a to-do list, and thinking about the next task before you’ve even finished the current one. This often leads to feeling like there is never enough time to get everything done, and that the days and/or weeks are flying by.

This is where Yoga Nidra can provide you with an opportunity to just be here, present, and give you the time to just honor your infinite being in space.
