Protein-Packed Smoothie

So I found this really intriguing smoothie recipe and had to give it a try. The recipe is posted in the picture along with the end result. (In my pink blinged out blender bottle of course, judge me) It was SO good and very simple. Just add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well for 30 seconds. Will definitely be making again. Like I said, packed with protein from using plain Greek yogurt, good source of carbs from the banana, and healthy fats from avocado. Macro win! You get tons of nutrients in this smoothie from the spinach and can also add fruit for more flavor. I used Walden Farms calorie and sugar free syrup for sweetener rather than agave just to use less calories. I would definitely recommend this for a well rounded breakfast, post workout or as a snack! Not to mention, filling too!
