Cookie Dough Protein Bites

I was inspired to make these by a friend on Instagram but made a few tweaks. They turned out really good and I’m excited to have them for a treat! Pretty easy to prep since they are a no bake.  


-100g whey protein powder (De Novo White cake was my choice)

-8g coconut oil, melted

-128g jif whips peanut butter

-28g honey

-80g oat flour

-20g semi sweet chocolate chips

-cinnamon, stevia, salt to taste  

Recipe: Combine all ingredients together to form into a dough, add a little water if dough is too dry. (Will depend on protein powder you use) Form into bites onto wax paper and store in refrigerator until consumption. I rolled mine into about 50 servings and they came out at about 3c/3p/1f for one.

Great for a little treat! I will probably throw a few into my breakfast, or bring to work as a snack. Might throw some into a little bowl of ice cream at night if I have the macros at the end of the day for it! Let me know if you make them and tag me on Instagram. Enjoy 🙂
