On this first episode, I go into the topic of productivity. We all struggle to cultivate willpower and motivation to accomplish what needs to be done. But by taking less time focusing on doing, can we actually be more productive?
Do you find yourself to be constantly consumed in work or some activity to occupy your time and stay busy? Many of us fall victim to this. It’s not to say being busy is terrible, because we know scheduling and planning facilitates results. However, being excessively preoccupied with activities can be detrimental. By allowing more time for “being,” we can become more efficient in the doing. See where your mind takes you when you let it wander. Boredom can be powerful, and actually rather interesting.
