Fall is officially here and that means a trip to the apple orchard & cider mill is in order. Everyone knows the best part of going to the cider mill is the donuts!
While tasty, they are not the healthiest.
Health is all about balance. Balance includes eating ๐ญ๐ก๐ โ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅโ ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐จ๐ donuts every so often. Listen to your body and do so with a positive outlook. โฃIt also includes making modifications to the โrealโ versions to honor cravings.
While a diet should include ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฏ๐, strive for balance to avoid over-indulging in high sugar & high-fat foods. This can cause feelings of guilt & shame.โฃ
