High Protein Cookies

Cookies are my favorite thing ever, so the idea of healthy cookies that allow me to eat the whole batch to myself… It’s the Inner fat kid in me dream come true.

The recipe for these was inspired from http://www.kimhoeltje.blogspot.com and is also similar to the cookie dough recipe I’ve made before from http://www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com. (Tons of tasty dessert recipes!!)

🍪INGREDIENTS:
130g cannellini beans
24g creamy peanut butter
46g liquid egg whites
34g protein powder (I used Optimum Nutrition cookie dough casein)
14g chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Stevia and Cinnamon to taste

🍪 Preheat oven to 350. Rinse and drain beans. Blend together beans, peanut butter, and egg whites until smooth. Mix in protein powder, vanilla, stevia, and cinnamon. Add almond mix or water if too thick. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. I topped mine with a little walden farms chocolate and caramel sauce. You could also just eat the batter raw! (Or bake half and eat half raw!) 👍

The whole batch was 475 calories. 33C/19F/46P. Makes about 15 cookies.
