Yes, they are protein donuts. But they are pretty good if I say so myself. ππ»π

I use a scale to weigh food so the ingredients are listed by the gram.
Ingredients:
1 scoop whey protein (34g fudge brownie whey de novo nutrition)
15g almond flour
15g oat flour
130g pure pumpkin
46g egg beaters
120ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
10g milk chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Spenda, salt and/or Cinnamon to taste
Recipe: Mix all ingredients together. Depending on the protein powder you use, you may need more/less milk. Pour into donut pan and bake at 350 for 25 min. Add in other fun mix ins, top with sprinkles/homemade frosting. Could also bake into a cookie/muffin/pancake if you omit some milk so the batter isn’t as thick. The De Novo whey protein is good for baking, not too dense like cellucor, pretty lightweight but not airy like optimum is, when you bake it.
Macros for whole recipe: 13f/31c/42p.
I made mine into 6 donuts but if you made the batter thicker and baked them into cookies, you could make them smaller and divide them into however many servings you make!
Enjoy! πͺβΊοΈ
